Illegal Alien Crime -- June 13-15, 2016

ILLEGAL ALIEN CHARGED WITH MULTIPLE COUNTS OF CHILD SEX ASSAULT -- June 15

Jaime Alberto Barba (Torres), 40, in Elkton, Md., is charged with four counts of indecent liberties with a child, two counts of first-degree sex offense with a child and one count each of first-degree rape of a child, statutory rape and first-degree sexual offense.

ILLEGAL ALIEN REPEATEDLY RAPED TWO GIRLS AGES 6 AND 7 -- June 15

EDINBURG, TX--District Judge Rudy Delgado sentenced Salvador Paez, 43, to 30 years in prison a week after a jury found him guilty of continuous sex abuse of a child under 14 years old.

ILLEGAL ALIEN ASSAULTS, THREATENS TO KILL CO-WORKER--June 15

PENDER COUNTY, NC – A man has been charged with assault with a deadly weapon. He sprayed a co-worker with a fire extinguisher, left and returned to the scene with a large kitchen knife.

PREVIOUSLY DEPORTED CHILD RAPIST CAUGHT IN TEXAS -- June 14

HIDALGO COUNTY, TX--Rincon-Ruiz was convicted of sexual assault of a child on April 24, 2012, and sentenced to 10 years probation. The defendant was formally removed from the United States to Mexico on April 27, 2012 via the Brownsville, Texas Port of Entry.

MEXICAN DRUNK DRIVER HAS BEEN DEPORTED AT LEAST SEVEN TIMES -- June 14

RIO GRANDE VALLEY, TX--Officers arrested a 29-year-old Mexican man on Sunday — just four days after the federal government deported him. The defendant was last deported/removed to Mexico on 06/01/2016 through Laredo, Mexico. Court records also showed drunken driving and drug convictions in Hidalgo County.

PREVIOUSLY DEPORTED VIOLENT MEXICAN NATIONAL CAUGHT IN NEW YORK -- June 13

Le Roy, NY--Rivas-Silva told agents that he entered the United States illegally in 1998 in California. While in the United States, Rivas-Silva has committed felony crimes including burglary, assault and battery, domestic violence, and driving under the influence. Rivas-Silva is held without bond pending his removal from the United States.

ILLEGAL ALIEN KILLS ONE, INJURES ANOTHER IN HEAD-ON CRASH, NOW OUT ON BAIL -- June 13

CHARLOTTE, NC--A 22-year-old is charged in a wreck that killed a teenager and left another person seriously injured. Police have charged Louis Gomez-Espino with misdemeanor death by motor vehicle and no operators license.
