Anonymous Coward User ID: 47643906 United States 03/20/2017 01:03 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Count me in! Due to my work, I can't risk a good bowl of reef now and then, but can't fault those that do. Our society views alcohol as being an accecpted exception to drug abuse, but still, even with all the medical studies that have been done on marajuana use, still, law makers refuse to admit that it's less damaging to the body than alcohol. If regulated and controlled in the same manner as alcohol, another recreational drug doesn't seem to be any more damning to society than what's currently allowed. Truth is, keeping marajuana classified as an illegal narcotic, fuels the Underground Economy that so many congressman, lawyers, and other "shyster" members s of our society rely upon for their financial sucess. Have you any idea the amount of money generated by marajuana? Lawyers, the court system, and of course, illegal drug running by the government keeps this simple and medically viable little plant demonized! As long as more money can be generated by keeping it illegal, you'll never see it becoming fully accepted by society. The stereotypical demonizing we witnessed against marajuana during the 1960s will continue onward and onward... |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 38574744 Panama 03/20/2017 01:33 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I don't smoke aside from trying it a few times as a teenager. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 70788890 I'm for legalization of everything. Only the drug cartels and the private prison industry benefits from the war on drugs. The social problems we'd face if legal...we're facing them now. Oh...I'm no fucking liberal if you're curious. |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 51792932 United States 03/20/2017 01:42 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Not me. I think walking around in a drug infested daze creates complacency. Like we don't already have enough problems. I worked with a guy who smoked it and thought he worked better high. Then he dumped some steel rebar on someone and killed them. No time in life to babysit a fucking idiot. |

Booger Cancer User ID: 13299994 United States 03/26/2017 05:27 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Me. Casual smoking isn't good for the smoker. But criminalizing pot is a waste of time. The oils can be used to reverse serious diseases as well. Yes, I did cure my Stage 4 cancer in two weeks when I was 48. I also reversed my chronic kidney disease (glomerulonephritis) when I was 25. In neither case were any medical treatments involved. |
