When and where is the next terror attack?

Just read that Belgium thwarted 2 attacks within the last few hours, one at a shopping mall, suspect detained and the second, six mem were detained on suspicion of bombing a train.
With Syria about to got white hot over the next 48 hours, there seems to be something in the mix that could derail the Vote in England Thursday or our involvement in Syria.
Pure speculation but keep getting a feeling something like 9/11 is about to come to pass.
