The people need to be in power, but that is rarely the case.

It weird isn't it. British people have few guns and yet we liberated ourselves from a tyrannical government. Yet America has shit loads of guns, but its government completely ignores the people and only serves the elites wishes [link to www.telegraph.co.uk] It's almost as if the guns are distracting them from the fact they don't have a democracy.

I agree that we have a tyrannical government here and thus far done nothing about it.

But don't get ahead of yourself. You just cut ties with the EU socialists. The UK government is still packed full of people with the exact same political beliefs.

Once you eliminate some of the ridiculous taxes you have, reinstate real gun ownership rights, remove all the laws that have been passed regarding "offensive speech", reduce the regulatory load on the private sector, etc, then you'll have more room to talk.
