Who teaches this you say? I have never heard such, never but you heard it somewhere.

No religion can say who is saved and who is not saved, only The Lord God knows hearts and mines they do not. I have never heard anyone preach this, if they did it is false teaching of the word. Everyone can come to the lord, but not to pretend they have and not try or struggle to change. It is not just being saved it is trying with his help to stay as clean as you can.
