So we talking ustime because Cali is 3 hours behind most of us.

California gets earthquakes ALL the time. Sometimes multiple ones a week.

The mathmatical odds are that you are correct. There is unlikely to be any 5 hour period in California when at least some sort of EQ doesn't occur.
