I am not asking you to change your view, just that yours is one of a number, just like mine. You said refugees are not welcome in Europe but they are welcome by plenty of people. I have supported local politicians and union members in calling for help for refugees. Hell, it wasn't that long ago many Irish had to flee Ireland.

There is an opportunity for us all to do something amazing. To help one another, to care for one another, to build our countries together, to improve lives, to try to eradicate war domestic and foreign.

You are making judgements again when saying I am not in the EU. Technically, my country NI will be taken out but as a Citizen of NI, I carry an Irish passport, which will give me the positive of free travel within the EU.

Most of our politicians want to remain and are calling to remain.

The leave voters have alrwady been made aware that leaving the EU will likely have no difference on migration levels. I just think we are better off helping one another.

I am not here hoping to cause you more work or to cause issues, but you can bet that if someone picks on you in your hour of need I will support the attempts to help you 100%.

It's the UN who's moving all these people across borders in both Europe and North America in their attempt to eliminate the concept of the nation state and independence.

Syria is a mess though. Citizens being killed by their own government, being killed by foreign governments and then there is ISIS. Who in their right mind would stick around for that? Not one side you would want to be on.

To get back to your question though - I can't agree that all refugees are cowards. I grew up in NI with the troubles. I don't want that for my children. Nor do I want that experience for anyone else, domestic or foreign. Syria is just destroyed though. Saddening.

If this war was ended then people wouldn't have to leave their homes.
