Bleeding nose after this morning's meditation

Stuck in the void of space I got this message: "The new plans (something), remain unchanged."

I had knowledge of my physical body, my spirit body and then a 3rd controlling feature of "me" over the two.

I don't remember what was after "the new plans" bit but I remember the tail end, "remain unchanged." In my mind it was like a miles-long scroll unravelled and I was like reading from it. It was a rather long speech going off in my head.

Then I came back to after the meditation to find my right nose was bleeding, I sneezed in the bathroom then a steady stream of blood came into the sink so I turned the water on.

Then I said without any kind of intention on my part, "this next stage of my evolution is complete."

Then I said "wtf I just say?" ... lol.
