Exactly. Laws and the most basic of security protocols were breached all over the place. Ignorance is no defense. Intent is a moot point. Gross negligence is punishable by law, not only in government, but in a lot of our workplaces as well. What I am having a hard time wrapping my head around is why the FBI basically pointed out instances where information was improperly handled, and then doesn't recommend charges. It comes across as yes, she broke several laws, and yes, in her position the breach is serious, but it's ok because she is going to be president. I think it was Comey's way of saying yes she broke the Law but I will not prosecute because I Love my Family! Enemy's of the Clintons have a nasty habit of dieing. |

We all think that as long as they are "investigating" we can depend on them to root out corruption.
