There's a lot that's odd about this...it actually makes me question the shootings and choking that came before which I took at face value...maybe I'm just in shock, but much of the discussion here comes a cross rather plastic and superficial for a site full of critical and skeptical thinkers...the other cop certainly looks like he's doing something other than restraining him right before the camera turns away...that neither camera can see the other...how difficult would faking this be to pull off? Sure feels awefully convenient, not to mention the events don't really add up except in the paradigm that all of a sudden, cops everywhere are completely retarded which is an easy enough image for us to project on them due to natural and fueled disrespect for authority figures, not that there's not real grounds for that foundation, but there's a real artificial vibe eminating from this video and this thread. Thought police pile on now.

The man was reaching for what the cop shouted was a gun with his right hand. They ordered him to stop moving once it was discovered and he apparently didn't stop. So they shot. Or so it appears in this video.

Happy this 2nd video came out. Now all the people trying to justify it after the 1st one now have no excuses or justifications. This was a murder, plain and simple. Now the officers need to be charged with murder one and sent ot death row!

Seems people don't have the balls to question anything on here anymore. This video and the other of the guy shot in the arm driving a left hand drive car will be ripped to shreds in the next few days, however the effect they were looking for is already under way, sadly.

Agreed, If the person you are having an altercation with has a firearm and he clearly attempts to go for it, and you have a firearm also, wanting to preserve your own life like any living creature would, renders that situation an old fashion draw. The officer won. Pretty simple. Don't try to use a firearm on a police officer. Darwin Award if you ask me. Feel bad for his family though, they didn't deserve to lose a loved one
