Sure feels awefully convenient, not to mention the events don't really add up except in the paradigm that all of a sudden, cops everywhere are completely retarded which is an easy enough image for us to project on them due to natural and fueled disrespect for authority figures, not that there's not real grounds for that foundation, but there's a real artificial vibe eminating from this video and this thread. Thought police pile on now. If this is genuine, R.I.P. A.S. P.S. It's not my fault we can't take anything on face value anymore. 35 seconds? Can't we have more context, seems like all the aftermath and surroundings would be equally valuable. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 71200287 It is called "conditioning." Most of America is horrified by instances such as these, but they completely understand that there is a segment of our society that is as feral and untamed as a wild animal. Thus, while it is undesirable, it is going to happen. Folks need to learn that when you are in an encounter with the police, regardless of your fucking skin color, you are best advised to be as calm as you are in Sunday mass. Be polite. Do not resist. Do not jackrabbit. Be completely compliant and if you are stupid enough to find yourself in a bad situation, let the courts sort it out. Anything other than this may result is a serious ass beating or a few rounds in the chest. The cops have the right to go home to their families at the end of each shift as well. They are not clairvoyant or superheros. , And that reveals what side of the divide you are on. And if your diabetic friend in insulin shock or your other friend's over-friendly family dog can't perfectly follow orders then you can rationalize to their family why all situations are binary, their life is worthless in comparison to the cop's, and THEY HAD TO DIE - NO OTHER OPTIONS. Oh go fuck yourself. Now you are just being argumentative. An inability to follow orders is very different than resisting. You bet your ass I am on the side of the cops. I prefer to give them the benefit of the doubt until the FACTS prove otherwise. And once again, go fuck yourself. |

Quoting: MarPep Alton: Agreed, If the person you are having an altercation with has a firearm and he clearly attempts to go for it, and you have a firearm also, wanting to preserve your own life like any living creature would, renders that situation an old fashion draw. Anonymous Coward User ID: 70583732 United States 07/07/2016 01:49 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | From this video and the other video, what I see is the police were telling him to get on the ground. He did not comply so they took him down. While trying to secure him on the ground, the suspect was reaching for the pistol in his pocket. When the police realize he is reaching in his pocket one of them calls out "gun" so they both draw their weapons in anticipation of escalation. Next you hear the suspects gun fire off a round or two, and immediately after you hear the police officers discharge their weapons into the suspect. Quoting: DarthDiggler501 Watch both videos with sound up over and over. You'll get it. The gun never left his pocket nor was it fired as far as we know right now. You can see the cop remove it from his pocket after they get off of him following the shooting. How did he get a gun shot wound to the back? Shot himself? |
