no but just got into medical grade where i can choose the strain. love the ability to know what strain I have

nice, try not to do it every day. it's good in moderation but excessive use will inhibit the soul.

Try a high CBD strain and tell me it doesn't help. Just do that... Dude... there's suicidal people with chronic pain that didn't end their lives because of CBD. Don't make assumptions without actually trying the stuff. And for high cbd I mean really high! Although THC has many health benefits, CBD is just amazing. I have a strain which is 1:20 THC to CBD that if you're high and smoke it, it counters the effects of the THC. It's just amazing stuff really.

But it does, even when smoked. But it has to be a high CBD strain... that's the tricky part. You really need a legit source of seeds and the right conditions otherwise the ratios go out of wack.

Right now my favorite is Harlequin, a sativa dom high CBD strain followed by AC/DC. Occasionally I also like Royal Medic when I can get it, but tend to use it sparingly since it is closer to a 1:1
I use these for some of my TBI symptoms. Indica and dominant strains put me out too much to use for anything other than sleep.

Pot for arthritis is one of the huge reasons it's being passed as legal everywhere. Yes, I can verify. Nothing else eases arthritis like weed. It may vary by strains but I can't tell any difference. They all help a lot. I have arthritis in my feet and knees, have been to a specialist, tried several prescription meds and pot is hands down the best remedy for Osteoarthritis. Rheumatoid arthritis is the more severe form and I don't have that.

I have no idea what type I've been smoking. Skunky for sure.

I use it to prevent migraines. I was having 18-23 migraine days a month. Nothing helped. ( Botox, various prescription "preventatives," etc. )

Now I only get about one migraine per week. It also helps me deal with the pain of sciatica and arthritis in my feet and knees.
