I Am The Greatest Black Philosopher In History
I welcome anyone to disprove me in anyway, the US Constitution is on my side

I think that it's important for me to use the article to establish critical thinking.
1: The gentlemen uses his race to establish that the reason he is a alive is he followed the most perfect procedure possible to save his life. Which then presents the assumption from a listeners standpoint that in at least 60% of all cases of blacks being killed by police it's a result of a individual not following directions to the 'T' or being armed in the first place.

This website lists the number of unarmed black civilians killed by police in 2015. Again I have never had a unhappy altercation with police but this would never give me cause to devalue or deemphasize the lives lost which were in 99% to 100% cooperation with officers. We are making these arguments from the perspective of people who are alive which is a complete disadvantage to the lives lost. You make the argument that you are alive and they are dead, the most basic fallacy of mankind.
2: I firmly observe the aggregation of the way freedom/life is valued in the US over it's 225 following the creation of the Constitution and following it's crumble into a civil war 150 years later. The value of lives and freedom has continued to shift, morph and vary over geographic location, points in time, social/class structure, and race. What I see is in total contradiction to the US Constitution the destiny of the minority and urbanized community is defined by the suburbanite who pivots all of their understanding of the urbanized poor communities from the outside perspective. They are afraid and refuse to physically perceive the lives of other races and social status from their perspective. Not one suburbanite is willing to drive, stand or much less live in these communities before making judgement. That is the essential definition of prejudice, to make a decision from an outside perspective.
3. The quote from all people is that police risk their lives for us everyday. From a suburbanite perspective has completely different meaning. Urban poor people risk their lives everyday living in these poor neighborhoods, with or without choice, with or without employment, with or without assistance. This is to suggest police being in the poor neighborhoods are superior to the people they work among as a result of the high crime rates in our neighborhoods. "you should be happy they are there serving in your sorry neighborhoods, they don't even have to be there". We live in constant danger with our without the police, at the hands of police or criminals. Our neighborhoods may not be suburbs but we are not be swept up like scum who need little discretion between criminal and law abiding citizen.
4: These three points point to a reality that overall perspective of the poor and minority neighborhoods is that we value our lives less and should be swept up and made to cease to exist all thanks to the hard word of the police whose sole job is to maintain the status quo of suburbanite. Although poor urban people are still US citizens who are protected by the US Constitution and due to have the same representation as the suburbanite with the same sensitivity and due process as any other citizen in all cases.
This nation continues to struggle with its past of defining what freedom and fairness is. The existence and destiny of the poor urban areas are still ultimately decided by the perception of the suburbanite and their exclusion to it. This is truly what it means to be lower-middle class in the US today and yesterday.
I invite and challenge anyone to sit with me in front of the world and dialogue with me regarding this and find error in my observation. Anyone who knows me can attest that I fair and even handed and will not attack you I am simply allocating the most critical thought possible.
Thank you Fox for sharing this information as a conservative based organization you believe that the information you produce and in the manner you do so weights against the poor but in fact pushes me in the direction of becoming one of the greatest philosophers in history.
You care about all people everywhere, please come live in these run down neighborhoods for just a week politicians and citizens. Let's put to the test just how much all lives matter and you care about a citizens life just as much a police officer or any other

I embrace all challenges to my critical arrangement, what I have produced is what I believe is the greatest challenge to police vs poor theory in history, I encourage anyone to find error in my position
