My Grandmother & siblings picked cotton for a goddamn hamburger during the depression!
Listen up whiny black fuckers, my grandmother was Dutch and Irish. Her father died when she was eight. My great grandmother had a farm with eleven, yes eleven, children!

My grandmother picked cotton every summer until she was fifteen years old and on many, many occasions, she was given nothing but a greasy hamburger, no cheese, on homemade bread wrapped in wax paper.

Her decedents have all been hardworking, honest people. Including a son who spent forty years as teacher, a son who spent thirty years in the US Air Force serving two distinguished tours in Vietnam!

Her grandchildren include a CPA, a radiologist, a teacher, two executives, a farmer, rancher, and home builder. She was also a widow at thirty after a drunk drive killed my grandfather.

Putting it out there, you have nothing to whine about and no goddamn excuses! Pick yourselves up! Carry on! And pull up your goddamn pants.

A lot of folks still alive from their early 70s and older also did these types of things (white and black). The younger generations are welfare rats, worthless pukes, that have no skills. Most ghetto people have NO PRACTICAL knowledge or skills...can't fix a leaky faucet, no basic mechanical skills, never used a lawnmower, many can't drive much less fix a car, take no responsibility for anything (kids, their lives), do not work at all (there's an Atlanta lawyer who was an activist that gave up on helping in his community because none of them work or want to work - they just want to chill), and since the government pays their bills off our backs they continue to vote in their masters. They just don't realize that they are now slaves of the state - albeit worthless ones. Their lives are a disgrace and waste of time for them and the country. They live off the backs of your ancestors and yet they claim slavery at every turn. They have been paid back thousands of times over and want more....not more opportunity but more ill gotten gain.

Yes, my son has foregone college for two years to study masonry, carpentry, and electrical construction. He is also getting his EMT-Basic. His college goal is mechanical or structural engineering.

His mother and I encouraged him to learn a couple of vocations before going onto college, much to the consternation of wrestling recruiters. Can't eat medals and all glory is fleeting.

Today's children have no idea how fucking hard it used to be or how fucking good they have it.
I don't have the time or the crayons to explain this to you.
