Actually not a metaphor but the crucifixion actually might be because that crucifixion is internal/spiritual and we're following Jesus through the baptism of Christ. It could be when Paul says "Jesus cursed the curse" HE could've done this and made the physical spiritual but then why is all the information regarding salvation through the baptism of the Holy Spirit (Ghost) in the Old Testament?

It's like everyday for an extended period of time not just one day. Change metaphor to embodiment.

Jesus is the embodient of the Sun in form on earth. There are 2 energy streams within man that play a dance. The sun, the christos fire and the moon, the sophia, the dove. Combine these two. Jesus was with his beloved here on earth. the embodient of the moon, the inner light and the mother was left out of the teachings.

The christos fire takes many forms through many ages and there are many aspects to it. But just as jesus is the embodiment. All have the same universe and planets within and all can do what he did. All have the fishes at their feet and all can put it on their head.
