Its a state that is in between sleeping and waking.

It comes and goes. However, periods of intensity will exist. "This too shall pass.."

yes have had massively energetic dreams (and meditations)

seem to come and go and the frequency of these experiences depends on my openness or state of being

set intention before sleep and before rising in the morning to open to your higher self/godhead

unbuckle and let it ride

the limiting factor in these experiences is my belief they weren't possible, I wasn't good enough, etc. i.e. belief in limitation

there is none
