I tend to agree, except he's very clever.

He is driven by his ego, having made (and lost) enough money for a lifetime. For a long time he has had a real concern for the direction of the USA. He has been an open Clinton supporter.

Time will tell, with a choice between Clinton and Trump. Can't see how the direction of the global economy can be changed without some kind of massive Geopolitical disruption.

The die has already been cast, so it's all just rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic.

Wrong, it is the same for most who get to the top of the tree. Decent people are trodden on or give up. Only those who fight dirty succeed, that is why all empires fail once they stop expanding.

The global economy and the planet has long passed peak expansion. Now it is just the degeneration stage where people are distract with bread and circus's.

Those who have an inkling of what is going on are powerless to make change. Those with a good idea become troubled and overwhelmed by the hopelessness. Ignorance, distraction or taking criminal / immoral advantage is all there is.

One reassuring thought... In the long run we're all dead anyway!
