All your examples have to do with a trial.

Well, maybe you should enlighten me if you are an expert, because I truly want to know specifically what is protected. Or is some speech protected and other speech is not. It seems to be unequally applied on the socials.

Free speech applies to our ability to criticize the government.

It was never intended to be used at all times and in every situation.

Yelling "fire!" in a crowded theater is not protected; there are consequences if in fact there was no fire.

Saying, "I dislike the President's policy on xxx." or "I think we should cease all foreign aid to countries." is protected.

The trouble with our liberal friends is not that they're ignorant; it's just that they know so much that isn't so." Ronald Reagan

But not on the socials necessarily. They can pull your comment at any time. Hence, shutting down your speech.

As can a restaurant that requires gents to wear a jacket to dine...

I suspect most sites have a "terms of service" agreement that one has to "accept" in order to enter/use the site whether said site be free or not. Said document defines the acceptable use/behavior on the site. Your acceptance binds you, you are "free" to participate within the limits defined. You are not "free" to do anything you might wish to do.

Yeah I heard Milo is starting a site called Twigger, a mix of Twitter and Trigger. Hilarious.
