Not sure what this is saying yet. Interesting both looks like rock. Bottom foams and is carbonated clay which is interesting considering the clay creation stories.

Re: Duat do what
trees are natural focal points within the baseline symphony of life.
The closer you look at animals in a natural habitat, you notice they have an amazing ability to disappear in plain sight.
It is the secrets of sight and perception.
True camouflage is immersing self into the natural world that surrounds us.

Re: Duat do what
What is baseline?

It is sound, movement, color, and scent. The normal ebb and flow of the patterns and rhythms of any given area at any given time. The combination of the levels of sound, movement, color, and scent. Baseline is always in flux and always falls within specific parameters of a given environment.

So this came up yesterday, although the name was fred the worm

[link to www.biologycorner.com (secure)]

Sam is stuck on a boat, and how he got there is not important, but Sam can't swim and the boat is capsized. To get to shore, Sam needs to retrieve a life jacket from underneath the boat so that he can float to shore. You and your partner's job is to save Sam by retrieving the life jacket from under the boat and putting it on Sam. Unfortunately, the only tools you can use to accomplish this task are paperclips. (1 per person, or you can give them 2 per person). You cannot touch Sam, the boat, or the life preserver with your bare hands.

A gummy worm is used to represent Sam, a gummy life saver is the life preserver and an overturned cup represents the boat. *It also may enhance the activity to mention that worms are hermaphrodites, and Sam is technically both boy and girl, which makes the name rather appropriate.

Re: Duat do what
When we were children, we were taken from our home planet, along with over a hundred of our people, subjected to an experiment on board that ship. What kind of experiment? We were drugged, put into pods that linked our minds. The experiment was designed to see if the collective human consciousness could solve problems better than computers. Who did this to you? Originally, it was a corporation called Electus. Originally? Hey. Several years ago, a group of us rose up. We killed the Electus crew, took the ship. I don't get it... If you took the ship... The leader of the rebellion was a man named Hansmeed. He convinced most of us that our survival depended on continuing the experiment. He said it would be on our terms. Let me guess, ended up being on his. I couldn't accept it, so I escaped.

Electus discovered that some of the people on our planet had a genetic mutation. It gave them enhanced levels of what they call C.P.A. Cognitive Predictive Ability. Everyone has it to some degree. Most people call it "Intuition." "A gut feeling." Like when you feel someone behind you before you turn around. It's a long way from a gut feeling to accurately predicting where a ship is going to appear in the galaxy. Well, that's where the machine comes in. That room you saw, with all those people. They're linked together to form a collective consciousness. It's horrible. It's like drowning in an ocean of a thousand voices. You can't block them out. So they give you the drugs to make it easier. Well, it also helps the Seers access their subconscious minds, and link them to the collective. "Seers"? It's what they call themselves. The Seers go into the machine, and then they feed them data, huge amounts. The galaxy is awash with information. It's everywhere. It's just a matter of tapping in. And if you analyze enough data, you can predict the future? It's calculating probability. Nothing more. So they knew I was on this ship. They have my criminal records, known associates. And they calculated the most likely place you'd go to sell the drugs. Why didn't they see us coming when we attacked their ship? I saw it coming. But I manipulated the data stream within the collective. You can do that? Milo is the most talented Seer they have. They're working with old data. They're making calculations based off of previous behavior patterns. They thought you would abandon Nyx, not help her. Well, if that's true, they probably don't think we'll go back for Three and Six then. Except you did help us. That'll affect the model. What do they want? They want Milo back.

Do you mind if I ask you a question? About the future? Yeah, sort of. See, all of us are trying to figure out what we should do next. Not just about you, but everything. And what do you think? I think we could make a difference. But that's crazy, right? 'Cause we're just a bunch of misfits on one ship, and most of the time, we can't even get along with each other. Well, you'd be surprised about that too. What do you mean? Well, all our predictive models suggest that a major paradigm shift is coming. And the most likely scenario is all-out corporate war within the next six months. Oh, my God. I know. It sounds bad. But you have to understand something. It's times like these, when longstanding patterns are disrupted, that things become more fluid. That's when a small group of people, or even a single individual, can change the course of history.

Next time, they're gonna see us coming. Yeah, how do you fight an enemy that knows the future? Look, I'm sorry, but knowing we're coming doesn't necessarily mean they'll be able to stop us. I'm sorry I didn't get to analyze the history of your planet. Would my knowing what will happen change the outcome? Sometimes it does. I factor that in. What will the Seers do next? Short term, they plan to acquire more ships. Enslave more people. Eventually, they plan to build an entire fleet. If they get that far, they'll be unstoppable.

Okay, in the book, says it was a vision on New Jerusalem.

"The city itself was divided into square blocks like a checkerboard. Each block was surrounded by a spacious street, and the city as a whole was divided by larger streets, three passing from east to west, two passing from north to south."

That doesn't surprise me.

Being 'The Game' is tied directly to it.

I do find it interesting stone pits, cisterns, boxes, etc... did not have people in them. But, kings of later eras liked to be buried there.afro

7 Now when they told Jotham, he went and stood on the top of Mount Gerizim, and lifted his voice and called out. Thus he said to them, “Listen to me, O men of Shechem, that God may listen to you. 8 Once the trees went forth to anoint a king over them, and they said to the olive tree, ‘Reign over us!’ 9 But the olive tree said to them, ‘Shall I leave my fatness with [a]which God and men are honored, and go to wave over the trees?’ 10 Then the trees said to the fig tree, ‘You come, reign over us!’ 11 But the fig tree said to them, ‘Shall I leave my sweetness and my good fruit, and go to wave over the trees?’ 12 Then the trees said to the vine, ‘You come, reign over us!’ 13 But the vine said to them, ‘Shall I leave my new wine, which cheers God and men, and go to wave over the trees?’ 14 Finally all the trees said to the bramble, ‘You come, reign over us!’ 15 The bramble said to the trees, ‘If in [c]truth you are anointing me as king over you, come and take refuge in my shade; but if not, may fire come out from the bramble and consume the cedars of Lebanon.’

The four trees are directionally related. Interestingly, Johnny Cash talks about the last one, bramble or thorn.

That is a very large part of it.

Prophesy isn't prophesy if it's predictable.

It is also why I observe long silences, being I can forsee the outcome of any movement. I think of it like playing chess. You have to watch the whole board, all the pieces and be able to predict your opponent's moves.

I almost posted that on your thread. Do you know what else was set up like a chess board? I just saw it in a book on the dead sea scrolls. The temple, New Jerusalem. I'll see if I can find what it says.

Meaning, it is kind of funny in a sad way to watch men cope with their doings calling it sacred prostitution when in fact it is the drug that keeps them in the pod. Terrible use of women has been a theme since the rising of concubinesafro
