You aren't building muscle cause you aren't lifting heavy weights. All I see you saying is "wah wah wah look at me I think I'm better than you!!!" Stop throwing a tantrum and worrying about what others think of you. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 72127971 Wow, if people got this upset over real issues America would be number one in education, manufacturing, health, literacy, and rugby. I find it entertaining to watch people become so disheveled over a minor, and frankly insignificant, rant. |

These guys were beasts, no steroids and workouts are push ups, sit ups, running stairs, they were not gym workout based. Study your body type to maximize workouts, if you're exothermic you need 2-3 days rests on muscle groups to build mass. If you're endothermic you can work out almost daily and gain mass. |

You are doing functional work, for a sport, and achieving natural strength and stamina. And the beauty of that is, the byproduct of that work is being in great shape and looking athletic. Bodybuilding has gotten completely out of control. I am totally fine with a person lifting heavy weights and building muscle to look good if that is there goal, but so may guys, and even ladies, now take it to an extreme. The human body can generally only carry so much muscle, it is a fact of biology. Once a person hits a plateau, it takes a long time to put on even a pound of muscle. So you have these idiots doing roids and HGH and pumping themselves full of crap to get huge. The result? Early heart failure, sexual impotency, knee and joint issues, no functionality, liver failure, the list goes on. It is a ridiculous sport. Ask that guy if you see him again, how does it feel to know you will need heart surgery by 50? |

These only reason I'm ranting is to let off steam because I go to the gym with headphones, wipe off my equipment, wait my turn, and I try to be polite to others. This asshat interrupted me mid-workout to offer his training "secrets". On a different note, I'm all about functional fitness. I ran sprint triathlons for many years and I've done some powerlifting. I can't say either has kept me as healthy as flexible and functional crossfit, Gym Jones, and Horsemen workouts. |

If you're consistent and do regular training without the machines and take care off your stamina(most important) You dont need no gym membership, you'll look better then any of them but you have to have right genetics, people tilted to fatness got no chance with this kind of excersise. |
