Shooter Looks Like He Is Handicapped

Look at the photos of the shooter and the video from McDonalds. My first thought is it looks like he has Cerebral Palsy. Meaning he could be a fucking RETARD. Which also means he could be brainwashed or used as patsy by the two others who are reported seen with him.

Here's the kicker; A guy from Norway who witnessed the shooting was interviewed on Norwegian TV a few minutes ago and he said something was off about the shooting (the McDonalds video).

He said he thought the guy was shooting blanks. The sound of the gunshots was weird and no one fell.
