Triangle on the forehead? Scars on knees? Bruises that keep appearing on the same spot of skin over and over?

I think that was what OP was referring to. However, I "feel" as though OP is specifically saying something about 3 circles on the skin that form a triangle. He/she doesn't know how they got there, or what it means. I have heard this somewhat similar story from a a very special individual.
