It is entirely the decision of the "leakers" as to what gets published and when, and how accessible it is.

Listen and listen tight. He has more ammunition and it is a larger caliber. He released THE TRUTH for all to see and the Sanders followers are pissed ! I firmly believe he timed the release to create the bomb shell for this charade,phony show and mockery of our political system that is the Democratic Convention. As Hillary is crowned Assange will wait for the kill shot and release a salvo on Hillary. I predict a larger caliber and the timing will be a day or two after the witch is crowned.
