Having read that fascinating article I am rather surprised that they didn't point out that as fluoride suppresses melatonin and seratonin production, not only do we not sleep well anymore (melatonin) but we need ANTI-DEPRESSANTS which are the largest selling drug group...the major group being the prozac-types that simulate seratonin production!

Take 6mg of melatonin every night before bed if you are over 45. It is a good start. Take boron tablets to start the process of getting the flouride out of your system. Take iodine (kelp tablets are good enough) and chlorella to help deal with the mercury and other heavy metal build-up associated with fluoride.
