the bowls are specificly tuned to the chakras,
this is what i would refer to as one method of true chakra healing,the frequiences virate the nadis pushing QI/chi to the directed locations clearing stagnent energy blocks within ,inturn revitalizing the chakras.as with most ,it would be benifical and recommened to lay down in an area where you will not be disturbed,cut off all external stimuli so you are able to give your complete attention on focusing inward/your body,sensation,turn off or lower the light.blind fold or cover your eyes to help cut off the outside world if possible.center yourself in the soundwave between your speakers adjust you head utill you hear the sound maximized,if you are your useing headphones this is oviously not nessassary.do not have on repeat,let the set complete and stop,lye there after word and just acknowledge your body.think about nothing just listen and acknowledge.
