Terminal Velocity has allowed numerous people to survive skydiving accidents.

You are more likely to die falling off the roof of your house than this guy was. Skydiving is overall pretty safe.

I'd rather skydive than go to a doctor, again statistics dictate this.

Keeping in mind auto accidents and medical errors are in the top 5 things that people die from.
