Reason I replied in an aggitated manner is because I'm the same and I'm sick and tired of being put on par with betas. Society hates omegas because they are independant and can survive on their own, which is opposed to what society demands and requires. Most people are utter sheep, some are just more dominant sheep, that is all. Like you say, even alphas have to kiss ass, omegas don't, omegas do what they want with the same results as alphas, which makes alphas hate them because deep down they all know they're weaker than omegas. An alpha needs his herd, an omega only needs himself.

Anyone who thinks omegas are the same as betas is a complete retard, indoctrinated to the core. They hate on omegas because they fear them.

Do note, omegas function in society just as well, and get along with other omegas just fine, but that's exaxtly why they're feared and thus put down. Alphas have to fight for dominance, omegas don't, their egos don't get in the way, they don't need confirmation from other people, they know their own worth.
