just curious if anyone is sure Obama was actually legally authorized to do any trade negotiations anywhere with anyone...this a congressional power delegated to the president through a series of reauthorizations coming down through the years...as far as I can tell it expired in '07 and was not redone until '15, so any negotiating Obama did during that time was not authorized
