They do not have the same eyes, nose, lips, or eyebrows. You can find that 'douche haircut' on many young guys nowadays.

I have never thought that the image on the right was a real picture of anyone. It looks fake as hell. Looks like one of those police artist "conception" of a wanted criminal.
