I originally felt like i was in a nightmare then i became acutely aware that it might be one of the only true constants you experience in life and i haven't let it bother me since. For me it is due to high bp...if I get it, I know I missed a pill. If I gave a shit I would just drop the 100lbs of blubber I am carrying around. Funny enough though, it started when when I wasn't fat and was working on a car engine right next to the horn and the alarm went off. So it is the gift that keeps on giving.
