"Dispatchers later confirmed a shelter-in-place order was in effect and that one derailed car has sulfuric acid in it. Residents are asked to also turn off A/C units.

"Southern Elementary School has been evacuated to Pendleton County High School because the elementary school is located downwind.

"Pendleton County EMA said on Twitter that all roads into the city are currently closed."

"Dispatchers said as many as 22 railcars of a 125-car CSX train en route to Atlanta from Cincinnati were off the tracks near the Woodson Street crossing in Falmouth just after 10:30 a.m."

"Several of the cars are missing wheels, which are in a pile south of the main crash area. The track is also torn up in that area."
