My first thought is sand fleas burrowed in your legs but I don't think that litter is sand or clay. Isn't it all different chemical pellets?

if it is a sand that they are mining in an area where a certain bug (parasite) proliferates, such, then all of The United States Of America is going to get it.

the kitties, of course, wouldnot be bothered with it, if it is a parasite, because i treat them with Revoluttion. They dont scratch and itch like dogs do, do they are fine. However these black dots donot itch, fester or anything else. They just, now, scare me, since this last one that is larger than the rest and appeared suddenly.

I treat them with antifungal, blackwalnut (i take it in a liquid), castor oil (on and in), and i take Neem (capsules)and use the Neem soap and take Sulfa.

They fade, then i donot know what they are going to do next. Just waiting to see.
