My husband is graying at the temples, his beard is graying. You can either rock your age by keeping it neat and trim or dye it if it bothers you. You can keep it all tidy and you don't HAVE to dye it.

You look like your tired and in pain or are in pain? I'm in constant pain with chrondromalecia and was told yesterday at the orthopedic that weight control is 90% diet so f the exercise that I cannot do. Pretty much I'm screwed. I'm struggling with the constant pain wearing on my face. Lack of sleep, dark circles.....thank goodness I'm a chic with makeup. I'm attempting intermittent fasting and more water right now. Maybe my body can help heal itself. If it's pain wearing on you, I could use the same advice you get about it.

It's not the hair color, OP. Get enough sleep, drink enough water, walk. Hair coloring on guys who've got some age makes you have the hair color of a 30 year old and the skin texture/wrinkles of someone much older; it looks really artificial.

I've been on the going gray train since I was in my mid-30's and all I do is keep my hair cut very short and keep the beard closely trimmed. People tell me it looks good.
