So with all other religions (sometimes including Atheism and "nones") we can meet them in the arena of ideas and discuss our differences with calm logic, cool reasoning, and even friendly respect. But islam breaks the social contract we all choose to live within in order to build the peaceful and productive society we have without islam. Since islam refuses to hold up their end we are forced to not hold up our end with them. Thus they cannot demand the same rights and respect as a matter of justice, and we find that we cannot safely extend the same rights to them we do to all who can follow the social contract that made America and the Western countries who followed our lead into the 1st world.
