is you tube blocking videos with error message lately on purpose???

I can go to youtube and open a greaater percentage of vids without "an error has occurred" bs message.But,every vide on a forum or news oriented site gives me the error and i have to open youtube and refresh to get it to play.
I haven't changed anything to the best of my knowlege.
This has only started since the political landscape has become a heated battlefield.

So are embedded video links giving YOU the dreaded "an error has occurred"message?

I'd really like to know.
