MADE FOR GLP : Villanova offers Conspiracy Class
I already have a PHD in conspiracy theories ... perhaps some GLPers need a formal education !

Did aliens land in Roswell, N.M., in 1947? Was there a second gunman on the grassy knoll? Did the Jersey Devil and Loch Ness Monster actually exist? Did Paul McCartney secretly die in 1966, and the Beatles cover up his death by hiring someone who look and sang like him?

For decades, these questions have been informally pondered in bars, barbershops, and everywhere in between.

Now, though, Villanova students have the luxury of deconstructing these popular notions in the classroom.

The university currently offers a course on conspiracy theories, with the faculty member who teaches it hopeful that it will catch on in the fall and spring semesters.

Lol, I like that, I like it a lot. Should be part of the curriculum in all schools.
Who? ~ What? ~ Where? ~ When? ~ How? ~ Why?

When I was really little, I tried to stand up and pee like my dad did. I remember the moment vividly, my dad laughing, my mother saying that I wanted to be just like him.
It was funny the first time, but I didn't much like the pee running down my legs. I was a girl, now a grown woman. I grew up to be very much like my father, but I learnt to pee sitting down, or squatting. That's how it works. I'm female, and nothing will change that.

I like that OP. It teaches people to look at life through an unfiltered lense, assists in critical thinking skills, and blows the mind open wide. I think all schools should teach it. I believe it fosters creative thinking, and problem solving skills as well. We could have more future Einsteins out there, if they taught Out of the box thinking.

It took me along time to wake from my slumber (EYES WIDE SHUT TO EYES WIDE OPEN). Depending on the teacher of course, it sounds like a great class for CRITICAL THINKING
