Kitty medical advice question...
My kitty who is 3 years old has a skin condition that comes and goes around her whiskers.

They are like a small open scab...I have seen them before but then they go away but they are re-occurring.

Do you think a anti- bacterial ointment would be okay to put on it.?

My concern is she trying to lick it off...

Re: Kitty medical advice question...
You should probably consult a vet. However, if you cannot... Get an ointment meant for children (or for animals, lol) that is non-toxic. If it is not specifically labelled for animals, then make sure there are no ingredients toxic to cats.

Good luck! hf

I don't know. GLP is probably the same as a vet.

Have you brought the cat to the vet? I am sure the vet will know what it is and will give you the proper ointment.
