My speculations about treating others the way you want to be treated..
Matthew 7:12
Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets.

Remember how God asked Abraham to sacrifice his son Isaac? Only later to sacrifice his son, the messiah?

Notice how God keeps a covenant of love with those who love him but will repay those who hate him to their faces. To love him is to keep the commandments. To hate him is to break them. God hates all workers of iniquity and those who love violence. This explains why hell can exist with a loving God.

Notice how God has asked us to worship him. Yet Jesus, who we believe to be God in the flesh, also worships God.

With the merciful he will show himself merciful; with the upright he will show himself upright; With the pure he will show himself pure; and with the froward he will show himself froward. Do you understand?

Notice how he had the Levitical priesthood working in the temple only for his son to work in the heavenly temple.

Remember why he killed the firstborn of Egypt? Pharaoh wouldn't give him his firstborn to worship him. Some of the descendants of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob were probably worshiping the gods of Egypt before Moses showed up.

When Jesus died, he taught to those in prison. So, since he has been to the prison within the earth, can he not send others there as well?

So, when Jesus said "IT IS FINISHED," what could he have meant by that? Notice how he allowed the world to kill him. Now, as a righteous God, does he not now have the right to kill us? He fulfilled his law. Now can he not expect us to not commit the sins that do not inherit the kingdom of God? He also fulfilled a lot of the promises concerning the Christ.

So, what do you guys think? Is God a hypocrite like some seem to believe? Yet through Jesus, God worships his own way, truth, and life..
