Third -- I am a Mormon. I was Baptist before I converted, so I know exactly what both believe.

The definition of Christian is to follow Christ. In order to be a follower of someone, you have to study who they were and what they did and try to live a life in imitation of that person. Thus the name Christ-ian. Being like Christ.

As a Baptist, I studied the old and new testaments of the Bible. As a Mormon I study the old and new testaments of the Bible and a nifty little book called the Book of Mormon. I do not give up any of my Baptist beliefs, rather I just expanded a little.

Yes, I believe there is life on other planets -- but I always believed that, way before I was a Mormon.

I am not here to educate you any further. I am here to say you are incorrect when you state that Mormons are not Christians.

Mormons may not be Christian but the ones I've met have treated me with respect, kindness and love.

This !! I really respect the fact that they have a solid and loving family life. As far as I'm concerned, children are fortunate to be born into Mormon families.
