These movies when decoded only verify what i already know. Pay big attention to "when decoded" as the masses all they care about when they watch movies is explosions and acting. In the movie Serenity, from the series Firefly, a zombie like strand of people called 'reevers' cover their spaceships in corpses. Captain Mal used corpses on his ship to get by the 'reevers' unnoticed. I believe that there are black goo references in the movie and episodes as well. The series and movie were produced by Joss Weaton, I dunno if that matters. I admit that I haven't looked into the black goo thing at all.
