Truth about Common Core Education - Government wants to remain in control of our youngsters

As long as anyone is able to get the hands on the minds of the young, they can control what they think, what they believe, and they can indoctrinate them with certain values and ideologies that suit those in power. It is a well known fact that indoctrination has to start early in life to be effective. And I think the wish to indoctrinate American kids with a very specific set of values and behaviour is the main reason to force them into public education. It is an outgrowth of the Nanny-state and Americans, in general, do favor being taken care of in all aspects of their lives. This is also the reason why Americans have such an incredible number of insurances. They just don't want to take responsibility. They want to blame the state, the neighbors, the burocrats, the schools, and anyone else but themselves.
