He is willing to lose over half of his creation, if that means just ONE truly loving him.

If you make someone love you, the receiver of that love, knows that it is not real and there for will not be satisfied.

Your question is rediculuos, you assume God almighty should have created a bunch of drones to worship him.

He created free will Man in he's image.

And the value of one soul that believes him and worship him far outweighs the many who dont.

Now that i think about it, wasnt satan cast out of heaven before the earth was made? maybe satan leaving had something to do with it. Maybe god felt if some of his own angels wanted to leave heaven and be in their own place, he would give earthly souls the same option.

Sorry that church treated you like crap for asking a very good question.

If He didn't give you the freedom to reject Him, you wouldn't have the freedom (through His grace) to love Him. You would be an automaton. Possibly God has created a world where the maximum number of morally responsible humans would accept Him as their Savior. There can be no true love without the possibility of rejection.
