I still use the stupid Zucker-Cuckerbook and post everything there all the time. I have never been shut-down and nobody ever notices or complains about anything I post. It's like nobody even cares or follows me, though I am supposed to have about 100 "friends". Nobody ever responds to anything I do there. I just use it to track my own stuff I post and then get a reminder about it a year later.

The highest CO concentration on the maps that I have found is about 2000 ppb, which translates to 2.0 ppm.
Certainly close to a forest fire it might transiently/temporarily exceed this concentration in small areas next to the fire. One would also expect lots of soot in such a scenario.

IME, The 400ppm (0.04% of the air) would be expected to yield a carboxyhemoglobin level of 15-20% after 2-4 hours of exposure.

My guess is that she still hasn't heard back from any of the gov agencies (which isn't surprising) and doesn't have an update to provide for us.

This thread is what it is. Her grandson was hospitalized, CO levels spiked during the hours that her grandson became ill and needed to be rushed to the hospital and her daughter was told to keep a lid on it, so that it wouldn't cause panic.

Also, as of OP's last update, she had not heard back from any of the reps she had contacted about the situation.

Dead end coverup! Not giving up, but this is not going to happen overnight. My daughter asked me to find her an apt here in ND so that is my focus now. Thanks for your support, but I can't make change or expose the coverup in a minute. The media won't even reply to me. The gov wont reply to me. The dr is HMO so he is not allowed to say anything because there is too many people who would come forward so they would have to pay to treat them. If no-one knows, no cost. If the dr doesn't diagnose a serious situation they don't have to pay. Same as any other sickness. They don't make money if they make you well.
Sorry it has taken so long to update, but I am also dealing with insurance and bids from a devastating hailstorm here in ND.
