There is the DEA base to access by MDs/pharmacisits to keep an eye that you don't doctor shop with narcs but I don't think they could access that d/t HIPAA violations. Otherwise, tell them you have no doctor, use no pharmacy and how would they know? I work in healthcare and unless my patients tells me his history or who is doc is, I have no way to find out.
