There ARE of course, Doppler installations in those same areas. But the Doppler signatures are different-looking, they are of a truncated rotary-style fan- or cone-shape, showing a pattern-origination from their central source(s).

well the shreveport one looks to be a military installation.the lawton ok one is also airforce.
they were doing texas test of haarp for a while now,trying to create reasonable weather patterns.these dots will be localized storms that they move around a local of about a hundred miles radius.with rain about every other day.its great for gardening but the mosquitoes are a bitch.ill still take the mosquitoes over heat and drought ,any day though.

Weather manipulation as an economic weapon perhaps? The conditions in the Atlantic and Caribbean as well as the Pacific are perfect for manipulation. The technology exists in both the US and China's military to manipulate weather. Low and high pressure systems can be manipulated to a desired effect to some degree. They can be steered, stalled, sped up, slowed down etc. High pressure stalled over one area can be used to block low pressure systems to keep an area rain-soaked and flooded for days like we saw in Louisiana. We could see the world engage in an economic weather war where conventional weapons aren't even necessary. Simply steer, stall, and intensify low pressure systems and high pressure systems regionally and within normal seasonal conditions and you can wreak havoc and hell on your enemies without a conventional shot being fired. Flood, drought, fire, wind all are natural elements that can now be manipulated to create chaos. Chaos provides TPTB exploitative opportunities. Destroy a regional crop at harvest time. Shut down a huge metropolis with flooding or blizzard, shut down a major transportation corridor or road system so no land based movement of goods or services can reach a given area, etc etc. Even the biological elements (viral,fungal,bacterial,insect borne etc)that follow floods and disasters are natural and subject to weather manipulation.
Sorry to digress. That weather radar image is mighty peculiar looking.

Hearing weird boom type sounds outside now for the past maybe 10 minutes. Not sure what it is, but I'm gonna head out and see if I can get it on video. The sound anyway.

Funny you say that about the fire pit going. My neighbors have theirs going too and it smells SOOO good! I have all the windows open because it is a beautiful night. In the low 60's! Feels so damn good. : )

I'm in South Carolina and our 3 largest cities have them and radar. They are Greenville western, Columbia middle capitol, and Charleston coast.
Raleigh, NC has a circle.

I saw a huge wide and only one Chemtrail today in SC. Usuall they spray a lost and not nearly this wide. I am near Charlotte NC.

Thanks for the input. I feel they sprayed the heck out of the eastern seaboard for several days before this storm got on the move. Primed the atmosphere so to speak.

They've been spraying up here heavily for at least a week now.

There was a discussion of this on a local weather blog a few years back and the answer given was BIRDS!

I don't really believe it's birds but that is what I have been told in two separate places.
