Have you learned enough to transcend mainstream "reality" yet?
What common people, mainstream people believe is so far from actual reality that it boggles the mind.

People are firmly entrenched in their individual illusion, and they will fight to the death to stay in their box.

How do you all deal with it?

I mainly stand apart. I observe, most of the time incredulously.

I accept that I know very little, strive daily to learn more about the workings of the world around me. The more I see and think the more hopeless I get, the more I realize there is no better existence and the best option is eternal slumber.

It's just a dream, dude. Achieve lucidity if you can and observe it. But make your goal to escape it.

Yes, the more I learn the more I realize how big the gap is between myself and mainstream people.

We have far, far to go as a species.

sadly, eternal slumber sounds more and more amazing to me everyday. and it sounded pretty amazing to begin with. too bad it probably doesn't work that way.

Yeah, im pretty sure it does work that way. Eternal slumber is a pretty euphemism for death. And people dont like to think or talk about death, not really. Instead humans make up stories about what comes after. Enjoy the days and times that you have. When theyre done, they are done.
