For those of you who are still living under a rock, "school choice" is truly a euphemism for CORPORATE CONTROL OF SCHOOLS. If he does this, it will lead to the end of public schools to be replaced by CORPORATE SCHOOLS where the parents of kids attending these corporate schools are herded together into a room where they are controlled/managed (through the delphi technique) by corporate change agents into "electing" the "school board" for that school...i.e. pre-selected agents of the corporation...and yet, the public still must PAY FOR THESE SCHOOLS.

There is never a public announcement for these "elections" in any paper. They are always held IN THE SCHOOLS, and general taxpayers without kids in the school are NOT PERMITTED TO ATTEND OR VOTE.

This has long been the plan of corporate bigwigs at places like Apple, Inc. and Pearson.

There is no public accountability over education at all under such a scheme.

Donald Trump has been warned by education whistleblowers against exactly what he has now publicly stated he will do.

THIS IS TAXATION WITHOUT REPRESENTATION, and the end of independent thought...no more, no less.

Elected school boards are the under-pinning of public education and the taxpayers still have some control. This ends that. It's a BIG, BIG deal, and the dream of globalist change agents going all the way back to the Rockefeller founding of the General Education Board. Google it.

Re: Trump just announced his support for doing away with school boards.
The agenda behind Rockefeller’s creation of the GEB may have been revealed in correspondence from Frederick T. Gates, Rockefeller’s choice to head the board.

Gates wrote,

“In our dreams, we have limitless resources and the people yield themselves with perfect docility to our molding hands. The present education conventions fade from their minds, and unhampered by tradition, we work our own good will upon a grateful and responsive rural folk. We shall not try to make these people or any of their children into philosophers or men of learning, or men of science.

We have not to raise up from among them authors, editors, poets or men of letters. We shall not search for embryo great artists, painters, musicians nor lawyers, doctors, preachers, politicians, statesmen, of whom we have an ample supply.

“The task we set before ourselves is very simple as well as a very beautiful one, to train these people as we find them to a perfectly ideal life just where they are. So we will organize our children and teach them to do in a perfect way the things their fathers and mothers are doing in an imperfect way, in the homes, in the shops and on the farm.”

Re: Trump just announced his support for doing away with school boards.
Like Hitler, the globalist creators of a new empire carry an innate distrust of education that might explain why their education programs appear to savage true learning.

“I do not wish any intellectual upbringing whatsoever, knowledge may only demoralize youth,” Adolf Hitler once said.

He echoed the statement of John D. Rockefeller, founder of the National Education Board, who said,

“I don’t want a nation of thinkers. I want a nation of workers.”

Hitler also felt that intellectuals might not only present a rival to Nazi ideology but could form a group separate from the common man through a feeling of superiority due to their knowledge and education.

“What we suffer from today is an excess of education,” he stated in 1938. “What we require is instinct and will.”

School districts, should be managed by the elected Townships, Villages/Towns, Cities, or Boroughs.

School districts, are too corrupt and unaccountable. Besides, it is a "States Rights" issue.

People have been so easily propagandized to this point because they have never heard the truth. That CAN change going forward, but it will not be easy. Maintaining a free and open internet is essential.

Giving up public control over publicly-raised education dollars is NOT a good idea.

lets say in your town you have name of schools
and you have like a childrens home or small center for wards of the state
these homes dont let the schools teach these kids. they dont go to public schools.
they have a private company called acme school go to these centers to 'teach' these kids. they pay these outfits huge sums of money too and these kids if they get adopted or placed into foster care - an do get to go to a puhlic school they cant do the work. they dont know it. theyre grades behind.

the school district gets state funding right? they also get funds from the feds - the district pays a fee to these companies and pocket the rest.

political correctness is a doctrine.... fostered by a delusional, illogical minority...... and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media; which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end.

I've actually worked respite care for one of these places. It was like a little residential community with very nice homes and a school--all just for these troubled kids. My wife and I used to get almost $1000 for a weekend just coming in to relieve the regular house parents. There were two kids in a house that would easily sell for far above the local average, and easily could handle four kids. Amazingly unsustainable stuff--taxpayer speaking.

We were told it was mostly funded by private donations, but I know that is a crock.

The local school board had no say, of course. But this is really not on target in our current conversation because we were talking about maybe 1/100th of 1% of out state's children being handled this way, and Trump want to now remove ALL taxpayer oversight for 100% of our kids.

I do want to emphasize that it is POSSIBLE that Trump understands nothing about this, and may not even realize he is doing away with local school boards. He is being handled too--just like all major party presidential candidates have been for over a hundred years.
