The first I heard of Andrew Basiago was around five years ago on an alternative news radio program uploaded to YouTube. I've kept an eye on this guy since, as his story was so bizarre that I was kind of waiting for him to be debunked and to find out what would happen with him. Today, I found his website with a reiteration of his story, his message, and his proposals. If this guy is on the ballot, I'm thinking I just might vote for him. Crazy or not?
