the most common cause of diabetes is high blood sugar, where the body tries to get rid of it via urine.

either you are consuming too much sugars or the body isn't producing enough insulin to allow that sugar to enter the cells that need it.

you could stop eating sugars or you could increase the insulin in your blood. both are effective.

you could simply use a diuretic, to dump more water and increase your intake of fluids. resulting in a greater flush of excess sugars in the blood.

or you could use a substance that triggers the pancreas to produce insulin. vitamin d3 and cholesterol work at doing this.

Easy for Type 2. Just- don't eat Carbs. It will go away in days. Eat a high fat-moderate protein diet. Broccoli and spinach are ok. But no other carbs. Cured in days

There are many reasons for loss of water in the body and mostly that's due to mellitus and insipidus.

Mellitus is due to excessive blood sugars being dumped in the urine.

Insipidus is caused by missing a hormone that regulates the kidneys function or impaired kidney function.

Beside changing the diet to natural food and no or much less processed food, the most practical thing you could do to immidiately lower your blood sugar is to walk half an hour or more after a meal.

15 minutes after a meal, your blood sugar starts to peak. If you do a slow walk exercise, you'll burn off the blood suger and keep it low.

The loss of water is a symptom, not the cause.

Ceylon cinnamon (Cinnamon Verum) is very helpful, as well as many of the other remedies mentioned. Other "cinnamons" are related plants and the grocery store variety is cassia.

Research the Ketogenic Diet [it is a low carb, but more than that]... it is normalizing my blood pressure as well as blood sugars; all other tests are coming back good as well.

It's really been a life saver for me.

If it's type 1, I don't know of any cures, natural or medical.

If it's type 2, i've heard it can sometimes be reversed based on age and how damaged your pancreas is with either a heavily carb restricted diet or a ketogenic diet combined with at least 1 or 2 hours of exercise a day. If you're younger the more likely it is you can cure it, the older you are, the less likely your pancreas is to recover from the years of abuse from poor diet.
