There are reports of a lot of air activity over Gaza.

There are also reports of Hamas clearing buildings and positions in Gaza.

It looks to me, that the IDF is waiting for them to clear out, so they can bomb targets without causing casulties...

I have no other explanation as to why they are waiting with the aircraft in the area.

With the stretch of my imagination, I could see our guys giving Hamas a list of intended targets to clear, before we bomb them.
