I can kill this thread because I can understand the Russian perspective and I have taken the time to look at Russian news where I was quickly able to find many articles covering this troop movement. I also took the time to learn the Russian language for the last 2.5 years and although I am not proficient yet, I can read and write and understand their news to some degree. I can hold a basic conversation in Russian and I am getting better at it every day.

I will continue to fight to bring our two countries together in peace. I will continue to talk to Russians and make friends when I can. I will continue to share my perspective with Russians when I can and also learn from them. That is what the internet is for.

It is for making human connections irrespective of our shitty governments.

This type of thing will eventually lead to peace between us. When Trump warms up to Putin it warms my heart. Maybe one day we can have a good trade policy with Russians and we in the USA can travel on a typical visa back and forth without all the bullshit spy vs. spy crap we are going through today.
